Katie Price has been seen driving away from ex-boyfriend Kris Boyson’s house in Kent, after she was released from custody following her arrest on suspicion of drink driving.

The mother-of-five was behind the wheel of a black Range Rover, after she allegedly crashed her famous pink one in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

She was then arrested and spent 13 hours in police custody, at the south London police station before appearing to drive away with ex Kris Boyson, whom she dated until August this year, having been seen at the police station .

In images taken near Kris’ home, Katie was seen behind the wheel, dressed in a pink sweater.

At one stage she stayed in the car as Kris spoke with a police officer, looking tense, as Kris, clad in jeans and a Balmain jumper, chatted with the law.

It’s not clear what they were talking about, however Kris was seen pointing to something in the distance as both the officer and Katie looked on.

Katie left Plumstead Police Station at 3.30pm on 10 October after spending 13 hours in police custody, with two friends arriving to collect Katie at the station, and the mum-of-five was seen in the back seat of a black jeep with a man, believed to be Kris.

The Loose Women panelist had attended Kris’s 30th birthday party in the hours before she allegedly crashed her pink Range Rover into a bush and a VW Golf in a gated estate in Woolwich, London.

She was arrested while the car was stationary, at 2am on 10 October after allegedly crashing the car into a bush. Katie was allegedly found in the car at the time of the crash; although a source told The Sun that she denies being behind the wheel.

Katie was breath tested at the scene.

A Metropolitan Police spokesperson confirmed to Metro.co.uk: ‘At approximately 2am British Transport Police officers came across a car showing signs of damage stationary at the roadside in Shooters Hill Road, Woolwich.

‘A 40-year-old woman who was inside the car was arrested on suspicion of drink driving. She was taken to a south London police station where she remains. Enquiries continue.’

Katie only got her license back in August, after she was banned from the road for six months after she was caught speeding.

Reps for Katie had no comment when contacted by Metro.co.uk.

Katie Price is reportedly heading into a residential rehab clinic following her drink-drive arrest.

The reality star will go under a 28-day stint in the facility after efforts to undergo treatment for her demons as an outpatient failed to work.

According to The Sun, her arrest has given her the kick she needed in order to check herself in to a clinic for a more long-term stay.

On Wednesday, the police took Katie into custody on suspicion of drink-driving after crashing her distinctive pink Range Rover on the way home from her ex Kris Boyson’s birthday party.

She was arrested while the car was stationary, at 2am on 10 October after allegedly crashing the car into a bush.

Less than 24 hours later, Katie got back behind the wheel after spending the night at Kris’ house.

Following her arrest, source close to Katie told Metro.co.uk that Katie had been ‘treading a fine line’ between her personal and public life.

‘The public aren’t stupid, she is treading a fine line where people will forgive others for errors – we’re all human – but they won’t forgive people who take the piss.’

Kris, who had split from Katie in August, was seen picking her up alongside two friends at Plumstead Police Station at 3.30pm on 10 October after spending 13 hours in police custody.

Katie had previously checked sought help for PTSD and substance abuse after a spiralling year saw her be declared bankrupt.

She has also been dealing with her mum’s terminal illness diagnosis and the breakdown of her marriage to Kieran Hayler.

As a result, ex Peter Andre has been looking after the pair’s two children, Princess and Junior.

Kieran Hayler got down to his father duties this week and was spotted on the school run with his children, Jett and Bunny.

It comes days after his estranged wife and their mother, Katie Price, was arrested for drink driving following a car crash in Bexleyheath.

Dressed casually in jeans and a jumper, Kieran, 31, walked the kids out of a West Sussex home belonging to his girlfriend Michelle Pentecost, and into his car, ready for another school day.

Keen to get them through the school gates on time, Kieran was seen at one point guiding Jett, five, towards the car in a bid to hurry the youngster along, while Bunny, four, followed behind.

It’s believed that the former stripper has taken temporary custody of the children while Katie, 40, undergoes treatment at a rehab clinic. However, the model was said to have spent time with her five children in the evenings.

Earlier in the week, Kieran finally ‘confirmed’ the paternity of Jett after previously suggesting he might not be the child’s father.

Subliminally addressing the controversy, Kieran posted a sweet photo of the youngster on Instagram with the caption: ‘MY gorgeous boy.’

In a recent interview with The Sun, Kieran said: ‘I did take a paternity test, yes.

‘But I’m not going to reveal the results of that paternity test. It was just for me. It’s for me and that’s it. That’s all, maybe one day they’ll be released.

‘It led me to believe she had cheated on me before I cheated on her. But that’s all really I can say because I don’t know for certain.’

Reports have now emerged that Katie could be heading into rehab full-time after her drink-driving arrest.

The former Loose Women host was taken into police custody and release pending further investigation. The incident took place when Katie was leaving the 30th birthday party of her current boyfriend, Kris Boyson.

The 40-year-old headed into a residential rehab clinic yesterday after being arrested on suspicion of drink-driving, with it claimed she was entering the facility for a 28-day stint to help combat PTSD.

According to The Sun, Katie left the facility this afternoon and was picked up by her on/off boyfriend Kris Boyson.

A source told the publication: ‘Katie walked out at 4 o’clock this afternoon and she was picked up by Kris.

‘Her friends are really worried about her as this was her last chance.’

Katie Price will be having a quieter Christmas than expected it’s been claimed.

The mum-of-five seemingly won’t be seeing Princess, 11 or Junior, 13 over the festive period as they’ll allegedly be spending Christmas with their dad Peter Andre.

Katie has faced many dramas of late, and it’s potentially because of this the decision has been made, to allow her to focus on herself for a while.

An insider told The Sun: ‘Katie won’t have the kids at Christmas.

‘They’ll be with Pete. Katie has a lot going on at the moment and so it’s best this way.’

The children have been living with Peter for the last few months after he took custody of the pair while Katie faced her financial and mental health struggles.

Following the arrest Katie was seen back at Kris Boyson’s house, who was spotted chatting with police officers. Shortly after, she was seen back at the wheel of her black Range Rover.

Katie later headed back to rehab for a residential stint, meaning she would be a live in patient having previously attended as a day patient, but she chose to leave just 24 hours later after being picked up by Kris.

Kris Boyson has ‘moved in with Katie Price’ to support her during the upcoming bankruptcy hearing she will face.

The reality star recently left rehab after being arrested on suspicion of drink driving, and now a source close to Katie has claimed that Kris has moved back in with Katie, with Katie admitting that she is grateful to the 30-year-old.

The pair split in the summer and days later Katie appeared to have moved on with 25-year-old Alex Adderson, but it seems Kris has stuck by Katie’s side.

‘He stayed with Katie when she left rehab on Saturday, and then went back to his house on Sunday to pack a suitcase. He arrived back at Katie’s earlier today with all of his stuff. He’s planning to stay there for at least the next few weeks so he can be around for Katie’s bankruptcy hearing – he just wants to make sure she’s okay, he’s been really worried about her,’ the insider told The Sun.

It comes after a source told Metro.co.uk in September that Katie was ‘regretful she had broken up with Kris’.

‘Katie realised what she had with Kris but there will be no happy ending,’ the source continued, ‘Alex was just a bit of fun.’

While this October has undoubtedly been warmer than most, temperatures have certainly started to drop and the onset of winter is beginning to be felt.

The dad-of-two also threw sticks for his canine friends and appeared in high spirits, despite the fresh allegations against his estranged wife Katie.

The former glamour model was arrested last week for drink driving, with Kieran spotted stepping up to his father duties and taking the couple’s children, Jett, five, and Bunny, four, to school.

However, it appears the star is still reminiscing over her past, as it’s said she gave a nod in the direction to her ex hubby in her new book Winner Takes All.

The 40-year-old has written a novel based on a Love Island type game show, where the protagonist Jas is searching for ‘the one.’

But when Dylan, who is described as ‘gorgeous, with jet-black hair and a strong jaw-line,’ enters the contest, it seems Jas is less than interested.

The Sun reported that the character is thought to be based on Katie’s former beau Pete, which if the rumours are true, Katie has quickly snapped up the opportunity to troll the popstar.

It’s claimed the mother-of-five wrote that Jas ‘wasn’t into men who had their teeth whitened and chest waxed.’

The story is then said to go on to explore Jas’ ex husband – who she’s desperately searching for evidence against to take to court.

Katie made it clear in the novel that the character was cheated on by her hubby Richard, and no amount of money would keep her in ‘an unhappy, open marriage.’

It’s claimed that Richard is likened to Katie’s ex Kieran Hayler, who she shares Bunny, four, and Jett, five, with.

The story book comes after Katie decided to leave rehab just 24 hours after she checked herself in to help combat her Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

As the deadline for Katie Price to repay her debts or risk being declared formally bankrupt approaches, the threat has taken an emotional toll on the former model.

After she was given until 30 October to come up with the funds, or have her individual voluntary agreement (IVA) accepted by creditors, or be declared formally insolvent, she has had a rough trot, being arrested on suspicion of drink driving following a stint in rehab for PTSD treatment.

Now it’s been claimed it’s all piled up and the 40-year-old is ‘constantly in tears’ as she attempts to offload her Sussex mansion.

Which, to be fair, you can hardly blame her for.

‘She has started looking for places to move into but it’s not easy considering she needs at least four bedrooms for all her children,’ a source told The Sun.

‘But it’s dawned on her that she will need a lot of money to get the sort of house she wants, which she just doesn’t have at the moment.’

They added she was ‘in tears’ to on/off boyfriend Kris Boyson as ‘the stress of it all is just too much for her at the moment.’

Katie, who was once worth £45million, did not appear the Rolls Building bankruptcy court in August, however the reality star instead avoided bankruptcy by submitting an application to pay off her creditors with a payment plan, in the in-and-out hearing.

In her absence, her team submitted proposals for an IVA, which sees debtors pay back their creditors over a period of time, with Katie’s application to be heard at the end of this month.

Earlier this month, however, she was arrested and held in custody for 13 hours after she crashed her car following Kris’ 30th birthday celebrations in London.

Met Police confirmed she was breathalysed at the scene and arrested while the car was stationary, at 2am on 10 October after allegedly crashing the car into a bush.

And the 40-year-old seemed overjoyed to be reunited with her mother following a session.

After checking back into the London clinic, Katie was pictured hugging her mum Amy, who is battling a terminal lung illness.

Dressed in a bright yellow hoodie, tracksuit bottoms and trainers, Katie was smiling from ear to ear as she greeted Amy, 66.

Amy, dressed in white trousers, a zebra print scarf and a black coat, was in equally high spirits as she cuddled her daughter, who has just re-entered rehab after briefly leaving.

It was reported that Katie had stormed out of her 28-day treatment plan due to her phone being taken away from her and her room ‘smelling of cabbage’.

It looks like she’s back on track, though, now that she has been allowed to speak to family members.

Katie Price is said to have invited a camera crew to The Priory rehab to film her leaving on Friday.

The mum-of-five was seen being filmed as she got into a car following her visit to rehab, with the crew later being positioned to catch her as she she drove away with her mum. The clinic is now said to be angry as patients are not supposed to be pictured of filmed on site as they seek treatment.

In one image, seen by The Mirror, a cameraman crouched at the side of the car and appeared to film Katie’s mum in her car while the 40-year-old stood near by, with a soundman and other crew member looking on.

A source said: ‘Katie had finished a day at rehab and she was filmed leaving the centre for her new show.

‘It has raised a lot of eyebrows and people at The Priory are not impressed with her behaviour. It’s outrageous she is bringing a film crew near the centre when people are battling serious illness.’

Katie is being treated for PTSD.

She is said to be receiving 28 days worth of treatment at the facility after her drink-drive arrest earlier this month, when she allegedly crashed her pink Range Rover into a bush after having spent the evening partying at ex Kris Boyson’s 30th birthday.

As Katie left the clinic, she was overjoyed to see her mum arrive to collect her from rehab.

A week before Katie Price’s bankruptcy hearing,the reality star is thought to have spent £1,000 on a new puppy.

The model is undergoing her second bankruptcy hearing following a 12 week notice to try and fix her financial woes back in August but a source close to Katie has claimed that she has made the decision to shell out a grand to buy a new do, after she was devastated by the loss of her German shephard Queenie, who sadly passed away after being run over.

In February she took to Instagram to reveal the tragic news of Queenie’s death: ‘I’m absolutely devastated and heartbroken my faithful loving family dogs [sic] life Queenie has been shortened as she was killed by a heartless delivery driver who ran into our dog.’

‘Seeing her struggle and drove off without telling us and left her to die very disappointed a human being can be this heartless! Security cameras show this and we have reported to police! DEVASTAED is a understatement [sic].’

The insider told The Sun: ‘Katie’s last German shepherd was run over and killed by a takeaway driver and recently it’s been weighing heavy on her mind.

‘She sold off loads of her animals but she thinks a dog would help take her mind off everything going on in her life right now.’

They added: ‘A puppy would keep her busy and away from partying.’

The source also adds that the mother-of-five would like to find a new place to live, but is worried she will lose her West Sussex Mansion.

They add: ‘It is looking more and more likely as she has just weeks to come up with a plan to pay back her debtors…she has started looking for places to move into but it’s not easy considering she needs at least four bedrooms for all her children.’

Katie Price believes ex-husband Pete Andre has built up his career by destroying hers.

Dark claims written by the model in 2013 have been unearthed, accusing Peter of flogging a ‘secret’ about their marriage, which never materialised, in magazine interviews shortly after their relationship crumbled.

It comes amid her frustration that Peter has allegedly made a ‘desperate plea’ for Katie to persist with her recovery in rehab.

As revealed by The Sun, Katie previously accused Peter of ‘trashing her’ in the spotlight in her autobiography Love, Lipstick and Lies.

‘It felt to me as if he was building up his own career and image by trashing mine,’ she’d written.

Katie Price is apparently gearing up to relaunch her music career in a bid to save herself from bankruptcy.

The 40-year-old TV personality is on the brink of bankruptcy, with a deadline claimed to be approaching at the end of this month which is taking an emotional toll.

In an attempt to turn around her fortunes, it’s claimed Katie is looking to salvage her pop career along with a number of other money-making schemes.

Speaking to The Sun, a source said: ‘She’s telling her team to find new ways to make money from the brand and is even restarting her pop career and is getting a song written for her.’

A new reality show along with a relaunch of make-up and perfume brands are also said to be contributing to this attempted turnaround.

They also say she’s currently writing her seventh book which will cover the events in her life over recent years.

Katie’s past pop career includes competing for a place in the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest with track Not Just Anybody.

She also released new single I Got U with a debut performance on Loose Women last year, which didn’t exactly go down a storm.

The 40-year-old was left stranded for five hours after locking her keys inside her BMW.

Katie was forced to wait for a professional after accidentally locking her car keys in the motor while stopping at a petrol station in Mayfield.

Pricey stopped off at the station to visit the garage shop, looking far from her usual glamorous self in an oversized hoodie teamed with bare legs and trainers.

Wearing her hair piled high in a clip and carrying a woolly hat, Katie seemed in good spirits – that is, until she realised she was locked out of her car.

According to the Mail Online, the star was left waiting for five hours before professionals arrived to rectify the situation.

A Met Police spokesperson said: ‘At approximately 2am (10 October) British Transport Police officers came across a car showing signs of damage stationary at the roadside in Shooters Hill Road, Woolwich.

‘A 40-year-old woman who was inside the car was arrested on suspicion of drink driving. She was taken to a south London police station where she remains. Enquiries continue.’

In addition to this, the mum-of-five is just weeks away from the deadline given to her by a judge to pay off her debts.

Katie was given 12 weeks to avoid bankruptcy after falling into debt due to her expensive house and various outgoings, as well as a looming divorce from third husband Kieran Hayler.

And it has now been claimed the mum-of-five reached out to former flame Gareth Gates, after he confirmed he had called time on his relationship with Faye Brookes.

The pair infamously spent the night together sixteen years ago, with the 40-year-old taking the Pop Idol singer’s virginity.

‘Katie’s back in contact with Gareth. She read that he’s single again and wanted to say hi and see how he was after the split,’ an insider revealed.

‘She loves to message exes after a few drinks, so just before she went back into rehab she sent him a few late night messages after getting his number from a mutual friend.

‘She just wants to catch up with him but she was also being a bit cheeky and flirty too,’ they added to the Sun.

The claims come after it was reported Katie was looking to money-making schemes to raise cash, in a bid to save herself from bankruptcy.

The I’m A Celebrity star, who is currently seeking treatment in rehab at The Priory over PTSD, has faced worries over her finances over recent weeks, and is thought to be relaunching her music career to sort out her funds.

A source told the publication she’s serious about making a dent in the charts, and is ‘getting a song written for her’.

She also has a new reality show, a make-up and perfume relaunch, and a seventh book on the way.

While Gareth has also had a testing time, after announcing his split from long-term girlfriend Faye Brookes.

Taking to Twitter, the former couple confirmed the news in a joint statement.

‘Unfortunately @Faye_Brookes and I are choosing to take some time apart,’ the dad-of-one wrote. ‘We remain the very best of friends.

‘We’d like to Thank you for all your support over the years x.’

Faye and Gareth first met back in 2012, when they starred opposite each other in the stage version of Legally Blonde.

‘Katie is perfect for Ex On The Beach, she’s fiery, flirty and she’s got more ex boyfriends than you could shake a stick at,’ an insider claimed.

They revealed bosses have been trying to get the I’m A Celebrity star on board for a stint on the beach for a while, and believe it’s the perfect time after her split from Kris Boyson and Alex Adderson.

‘She’s a signing they’ve been trying to get for a while and now she’s single again, bosses are hoping she could come on board,’ they added to The Sun.
