Katie Price was chastised by a judge who accused her of trying to get special treatment in court.

The 40-year-old appeared at Bromley Magistrates Court today to enter a plea of not guilty to a charge of drink driving.

And the reality star tried to keep her address confidential, with her lawyer claiming Katie wanted to be ‘anonymous’.

Katie’s solicitor said: ‘The position is she has been trying to become anonymous for some time.’

However, District Judge Dean denied Price’s request for special treatment, saying: ‘I think the public and members of the press are entitled to know the address of the defendant. All defendants are treated equally.’

Katie will now face trial after pleading not guilty, and was today granted bail.

She will next appear in court at Bexley Magistrates on 25 February.

The reality star was arrested in October 2018 after allegedly crashing her pink Range Rover in Woolwich, London while under the influence.

A Met Police spokesperson said: ‘At approximately 2am British Transport Police officers came across a car showing signs of damage stationary at the roadside in Shooters Hill Road, Woolwich.

‘A 40-year-old woman who was inside the car was arrested on suspicion of drink driving. She was taken to a south London police station where she remains. Enquiries continue.’

Katie had been out celebrating on-off boyfriend Kris Boyson’s birthday at the time of the incident.

The mother-of-five spent 13 hours at Plumstead police station before being released.

Katie arrived at the court appearing in high spirits, with the star pictured smiling on the arm of friend Dionne Lewis Dunne.

The former Loose Women panellist was dressed casually for the hearing, dressed in jeans, an off-white frilled jumper, a furry jacket and a pair of sunglasses.

Let it be known: Katie Price is not keen on having another child for the purposes of her reality show.

So guess that Mothercare gift card is useless now; you best send it to Meghan Markle or something.

Reports came through this week that claimed the reality star, who is already mother to Harvey, 16, Junior, 13, Princess, 11, Jett, five, and Bunny, three, was keen on adding to her brood to have the pregnancy play out on her Quest Red show Katie Price: My Crazy Life.

However, the star has nipped that claim in the bud faster than you say contraception, after her reps told Metro.co.uk the rumours of her keen on a sixth kidlet were ‘not true’.

Still, we can dream, right? The Pricey makes cute kids.

Earlier this week Heat magazine proffered the former glamour model, who is dating weight loss specialist Kris Boyson, was looking to have a ‘lucrative’ pregnancy that would play out on screens and have her ultimately give birth for the cameras.

We can see why she might be looking for a way to amp up the coffers, after she narrowly avoided being formally declared insolvent late last year, but we hear babies cost a lot of money rather than make.

But we’re no financial specialists…

‘[Katie’s] been talking about having another child and Kris seems keen, so long as she can keep herself on the straight and narrow,’ the source told the magazine.

They added: ‘Katie wants it all filmed for her reality TV show. She’s been desperate to start trying for her sixth baby, but was put off by all the financial drama in her life.

‘Now she thinks that a pregnancy would reverse her fortunes and get her fans back on side.’

Now that rumour has been squashed by Team Price, we can add it to the one about her getting married, as well – after Katie slammed the idea she was looking to put a ring on Kris’ hand in 2019.

Taking to Twitter, the mum-of-five fumed: ‘Honestly another complete utterly untrue story nobody is moving in with me and no wedding plans with anybody next year.’

The 40-year-old has been given a three month driving ban and a fine of £1,100. She could have faced a jail sentence and community service.

She arrived at Crawley Magistrates Court to answer a charge of driving while disqualified and using a motor vehicle on the road without third party insurance.

While some may have opted for a more low-key outfit for a court date, Katie most definitely stood our wearing a furry hat, a fur-rimmed cardigan and diamante-lined sunglasses.

The reality star also wore leggings and heeled boots, while carrying a sparkly handbag.

The mum-of-five had been charged with driving while disqualified after she was pictured driving two weeks before the end of her six month driving ban.

Pricey was papped making a 24-mile journey from Gatwick with her children Jett and Bunny in the backseat.

Katie was banned after being caught driving 60mph in a 50mph zone.

She said that she handed herself into police after driving her son Harvey to a hospital appointment and failing to realise her ban wasn’t over.

Katie wrote on Instagram at the time: ‘Been on such an emotional rollercoaster the last 6 months and my head has been all over the place, so much so, that I thought my driving ban was up.

‘After driving to Harvey’s Hospital appointment I have NOW found out that I don’t get my license back until 8th August. With this on my conscience I called the police and reported myself.’

However, in September, she failed to show up for an appointment to discuss the matter, with a police spokesperson confirming: ‘A woman who was reported for driving while disqualified has spoken to police, but failed to attend a meeting with officers on September 28 to discuss the matter.’

Katie Price’s official website has disappeared offline, amid reports she has missed the payments for the domain name.

The star’s website KatiePrice.co.uk is still listed as her official site on her Twitter bio, but when fans try to access the website, it times out before suggesting that it may be ‘permanently down’.

And it has been claimed that Katie, 40, hasn’t been paying to keep it up and running.

A source told The Sun that the site is likely down because Katie ‘failed to keep up with the monthly hosting payments’.

The reality star will still own the site until April, but if she continues not to pay for it, the domain name can be sold on.

KatiePrice.co.uk was launched over a decade ago, and used to be the go-to place for Pricey gossip – with the star even announcing the birth of daughter Princess Tiaamii on the ‘Katie Price Official Website & Fan Club’ back in 2007.

The site also updated fans on upcoming events, and later on, became an online store for the star’s products, including eyelashes and calendars.

While this website appears to be gone, KatiePriceBeauty.com – where the star sells her skincare, make-up and fragrances – is still up and running.

This comes as Katie told a judge that she could not afford to pay a £1,295 fine after pleading guilty to driving while disqualified.

The mum-of-five was given a three month driving ban and a £1,295 total fine, including a£100 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

However, she told a judge that she could not afford the fine, and that she would have to pay it in two weeks.

Katie will be back in court for a separate offence after pleading not guilty to drink driving.

Katie added: ‘I have lots of work for you now’, followed by a crying laughing emoji.

While some followers complimented the swish car and wished Katie well, others weren’t too impressed that she was joking about the driving ban.

One person commented: ‘Hilarious Katie…driving bans are always funny things!’, while another said: ‘I think what you really need is an Oyster card.’

Another person made reference to reports that Katie said she could not afford to pay her fine for another two weeks, commenting: ‘What a joke! You’re apparently skint, can’t afford to pay your fine but you’re riding around in a Chauffeur driven car.’

Katie will be back in court on 25 February to face a drink driving charge after pleading not guilty just two days before she pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified.

Kieran Hayler has been pictured visiting with a family solicitor and reading up on family law, days after Katie Price pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified, and was handed three month driving ban and a fine of £1,100.

Katie and Kieran continue to co-parent their children – Bunny and Jett – yet a friend of Kieran’s has told Metro.co.uk that the visit was ‘routine’.

‘Kieran always has the children’s best interests at heart, and the solicitors was just a routine visit and part of the divorce proceedings,’ the pal said.

‘They enjoy joint parenting of the children and remain on good terms.’

Katie and Kieran have two children together, and the pair have been subject to intense scrutiny in recent months.

On Christmas Eve it was alleged Kieran had turned up to the star’s Sussex mansion to collect Jett, Five, and Bunny, four, with a source close to the mother-of-five, 40, claiming the agreement made was that Katie was to have them this year and he would celebrate with them in 2019.

However in the back and forth that seems to permeate this relationship, it was then claimed that Kieran was actually meant to have the children on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day as per an alleged verbal agreement between the pair.

Katie is yet to share any insight into what went down on her Christmas Day at her Sussex mansion, however Kieran shared video on the big day of Jett and Bunny with him, while it is believed she had her other children Harvey, 16, Junior,13, Princess, 11, under the one roof.

Her ex-husband Peter Andre had previously responded to speculation surrounding where his children with Katie would spend Christmas this year, after it was suggested they’d celebrate the main day of the holidays with him.

With no use for her pink vehicles, Katie, 40, has decided to part ways with her fleet, starting with her beloved 2001 Suzuki Vitara.

The hot pink wagon, which has been pimped out with the Barbie logo and love hearts, was initially listed on the site with a price of £500 but bids have shot up to at least £8,500. It was first advertised at around 10:45 am on 15 January and has received 72 bids so far.

Clearly many others share Katie’s bold taste.

A description with the listing reads: ‘A well known Suzuki Vitara that has undergone a extensive exterior re-wrap inc lowered suspension wheel arch kit and wide wheels and tyres.

‘The soft top requires replacement and the mot has expired, the owner has requested to sell the car with no reserve and no buy it now. Happy bidding any questions call 01444 452621. 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday [sic].’

Katie also promoted the advert on Instagram with a photo of the car and the caption: ‘Soo now I’m banned from driving the cars are going this one is on eBay 254073076749 when I get my license back new car fresh start [sic].’

And now, following the former glamour model’s driving ban, the father-of-two has spoken out since his ex wife pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified.

Chatting to The Mirror Kieran has weighed in on the situation after the 40-year-old was handed a three month driving ban and a fine of £1,100.

He said: ‘She needs to embrace the mother-of-five she is and be at home, not out drinking and getting arrested. I don’t think she ever takes responsibility for anything.

‘It was good she pleaded guilty.’

The 31-year-old added: ‘The thing that upset me most was the fact Jett and Bunny were in the car when she was driving on a ban.

‘If she’d crashed and killed them, or killed someone else with no insurance, well that for me is crazy. Sometimes she thinks she’s above the law and that’s the trouble.’

Earlier this month, the reality star was seen checking in with a family solicitor and reading up on family law.

Katie met Peter during their time on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here and they were inseparable, making numerous TV appearance and even releasing a single, A Whole New World, together.

They welcomed two children – Junior and Princess – however they split in 2009 and although neither has spoken broadly about what happened, Peter did revealed that ‘something big happened, which I won’t reveal as I don’t want my kids reading it’.

‘Katie knows 100 percent the reason why I left her and I am 100 percent sure that what happened definitely did happen,’ he said during a televised interview with Piers Morgan.

Writing in New! magazine however, Katie’s third husband Kieran has also insisted that the ‘relationship wasn’t what it seemed’ and that it was ‘all very fake’.

‘It’s hard to be with someone who wants to make money off everything. I’m not what she painted me out to be and people saw the truth on My Crazy Life. She dug at me, treated me like a b***h and talked to me like s**t,’ he said.

Walking arm in arm through a carpark on Monday, the 40-year-old appeared to pay no mind to her recent money woes or court cases.

Showing us all that she’s still got that spark, the mother-of-five donned a fun furry coat, worn over a hoodie, as she kept her long, brunette hair out.

She looked pretty enthralled with her phone as she weaved in between cars, soon linking up with her close friend Dionne.

The star looked to be trying to get one back on the paps, as she filmed them on her phone. It was all very photographic inception.

While she didn’t look smiley per se, she looked far from glum even though the past week has been ravaged with a spot of drama. Last week, for one, Katie took down the sale of her iconic pink Barbie car, after she was forced to sell it online following a recent driving ban.

Right as the bids were climbing to the lofty heights of £66,000, which would have helped put an end to some of the financial strain Katie has faced as of late, the extent of online abuse she was apparently getting from punters meant it was a better deal to get rid of the ad altogether.

That was trumped when ex-husband Kieran Hayler also slammed the star this week, claiming he could ‘never compete’ with Katie’s love for her first husband, Peter Andre.

In the messy saga that is Katie Price and Kieran Hayler, the former glamour model is reportedly ‘furious’ with her ex for claiming she was still in love with Peter Andre.

Earlier this week Kieran revealed his wife of five years (though they’re on the road to be divorced) was still very much in love with her ex, and claimed he couldn’t compete.

In response Price has reportedly stopped all direct communication with him.

‘Katie’s furious with Kieran,’ a source told The Sun exclusively.

‘She’s embarrassed about what he said about Peter and wishes he’d kept his trap shut.’

Despite the disintegration of their marriage, the pair were supposed to try and get on for the sake of their two children, Jett, five, and Bunny, four.

Unfortunately that seems to have slipped away, and the paper claims Katie will only communicate with him through their lawyers.

The inflammatory comments come five months after Katie’s boyfriend Kris Boyson claimed she had been ‘damaged the most’ by her break up with Peter.

The pair share two children, Junior and Princess, and though details of their breakup remain scarce, Andre did reveal: ‘Something big happened, which I won’t reveal as I don’t want my kids reading it.’

Katie Price has been backed by MPs over online abuse, after son Harvey was attacked by trolls over his disabilities and she has vowed not to stop until it becomes a crime.

The 40-year-old previously appeared in parliament to give evidence after more than 200,000 people signed her petition, demanding that trolling should be made a criminal offence.

And, according to BBC, MPs are now calling for the government to change hate crime laws in order to give disabled people more protection.

‘Social media is rife with horrendous, degrading and dehumanising comments about people with disabilities,’ Helen Jones, chairwoman of the Petitions Committee explained.

‘The law on online abuse is not fit for purpose and it is truly shameful that disabled people have been forced off social media while their abusers face no consequences.’

And Katie was thrilled by the news, taking to Twitter to discuss the update.

‘I am very pleased that my campaign has been taken so seriously by parliament,’ she told followers. ‘We will not stop until this is a crime. #HarveysLaw.’

The mum-of-five took her petition to Parliament last February, after trolls targeted 16-year-old Harvey – who is partially blind, autistic and has Prader-Willi syndrome.

Social media users mocked his learning difficulties and racially abused him, going so far as to Photoshop his face onto signs.

At the time Katie explained she went to the police about their words, but was told there was nothing that could be done.

‘He’s so innocent, he wouldn’t even know how to hit back or defend himself,’ she told MPs. ‘I don’t understand what goes through their minds to even want to do it. All he talks about is trains and frogs.

‘Some people wanted to see how many retweets they got, how many people thought it was funny.

‘If these people actually met him, they would want to cry. They would feel so guilty.

‘Harvey was getting racial abuse, they were mocking him … putting him on t-shirts, and he’s got complex special needs – I’ve got five children but they always pick on him.’

Speaking about her reaction to the trolls, she continued: ‘I went to the police, they were disgusted, they were so good. But then they rang me to say, “There’s nothing we can do” as there’s nothing in place to charge these people.

‘I’ve tried my own way of naming a shaming people online, I’ve done everything I can but nothing has he been done to stop it.

‘There needs to be more security checks.’

Kieran Hayler has accused Katie Price of insulting him in front of their children, claiming ‘everything she does now is to hurt me’.

The 31-year-old has technically marked six years of marriage to Katie, as they have not yet divorced after splitting last May.

And it doesn’t look like their break-up is going to get any less bitter, as Kieran has alleged that Katie calls him a ‘dickhead’ in front of their children, Jett, 5, and Bunny, 4.

Speaking to new! magazine, Kieran said: ‘Not one part of me wants to fight. I don’t want the kids to come home telling me “Mummy hates you”.

‘Kate says a lot of things in front of the kids that they repeat and a lot of it is not very nice, let’s put it that way. Jett came home once and said “Mummy thinks you’re a dickhead.” I think everything she does now is to hurt me.’

The former stripper said that he wants to keep a relationship with Katie’s other children, Harvey, 16, Junior, 13 and Princess, 11, but said it ‘saddens’ him that the situation is awkward due to the drama involving Katie, her ex-husband Peter Andre, and her on-off boyfriend Kris Boyson.

Kieran added: ‘I was really close to Harvey. I was pretty much his carer, washing him and giving him meds, but the thing that saddened me most is that when I was still living in the house, he referred to Kris as “Daddy Kris”.’

Following his split from Katie, Kieran is in a relationship with Michelle Pentecost, who is mum to son Valentino.

This comes after Kieran claimed that Peter was the love of Katie’s life – which apparently has the mum-of-five ‘absolutely fuming’ with him.

As well as being married to Peter from 2005 to 2009 and tying the knot with Kieran in 2013, Katie was previously married to Alex Reid from 2010 to 2011.

Katie Price and boyfriend Kris Boyson have had a rollercoaster relationship over the last few months, following a string of split rumours.

But the on-off couple proved they are stronger than ever as they enjoyed a lavish date night in London.

The 40-year-old was seen clutching on to her fitness expert beau after leaving Sushi Samba, in Covent Garden, opting for a black bomber jacket and leather jeans for the outing, completing the whole thing with a neon top.

While the 30-year-old was suited and booted in a black t-shirt and dark jeans, finishing it off with a blazer.

Their outing comes at a slightly awkward time for the reality star, after it was claimed she is ‘furious’ with estranged husband Kieran Hayler.

In a recent chat, the dad-of-two stated Katie is very much still in love with Peter Andre, a decade after their split.

‘He was the love of her life and no one can compete with that,’ he said. ‘There’s always someone else to blame. How many more years can she blame things on her and Pete not working out?

‘She always said if it wasn’t for her celeb lifestyle, the reality shows and stuff, her and Peter probably would’ve lasted,’

In response, the mum-of-five has reportedly stopped all direct communication with Kieran – whom she shares son Jett and daughter Bunny with.

‘Katie’s furious with Kieran,’ a source told The Sun. ‘She’s embarrassed about what he said about Peter and wishes he’d kept his trap shut.’

‘She’s absolutely fuming with him.’

Despite all the drama, the Celebrity Big Brother winner still has something to smile about – after MPs backed her campaign to make online trolling a criminal offence.

After gaining more than 200,000 signatures on a petition, she appeared in Parliament last February to demand that action is taken after son Harvey was attacked online over his disabilities.

MPs are now calling for the government to make a change to hate crime laws, in a bid to tackle the issue.

‘Social media is rife with horrendous, degrading and dehumanising comments about people with disabilities,’ Helen Jones, chairwoman of the Petitions Committee explained.

‘The law on online abuse is not fit for purpose and it is truly shameful that disabled people have been forced off social media while their abusers face no consequences.’

Katie Price was met with backlash from Loose Women viewers who criticised her for ‘joking’ about her driving ban.

Earlier this month Katie was sentenced to a three-month driving ban and given a fine of £1,100 after pleading guilty to driving while disqualified.

The mum-of-five appeared on Friday’s show to talk about what she has been through recently.

Host Andrea McLean asked her about the mean comments she received from online trolls when she put her car up for sale on eBay.

The 40-year-old responded: ‘I’m banned from driving for three months. Again.’

When asked why that happened she explained: ‘That was…it was all to do with a different date. They said I was driving with no insurance. The conviction date was January so I was banned for six months.

‘So if you look at that date I thought I was able to drive. It was only by two weeks.

‘So they didn’t give me points I was banned for three months. Which is good. Well, it’s not good. It is what it is.

‘I don’t use the cars. I bought that car for my German shepherds.’

The off-hand comment she made about being banned ‘again’ didn’t go down well with people watching at home.

She also furiously denied claims that she had gone bankrupt.

Katie said: ‘Definitely not bankrupt. Most successful people when they have different businesses like me, sometimes they might go for an IVA, sometimes they go bankrupt, but you open another one and you carry on and it’s happened to me.

‘I’m not ashamed of anything. I haven’t gone bankrupt. Nothing of mine has gone bankrupt. It was all to do with tax on one of them. It is what it is.’

Katie Price vows she doesn’t blame Peter Andre for taking their kids to stay with him while she was dealing with her private life.

The mum-of-five – who shares son Junior and daughter Princess with the Mysterious Girl singer – revealed she began self-medicating and turned to drugs during a tough few months last year, dealing with her divorce and mum Amy’s terminal illness, as well as losing two pets.

And, during an appearance on Loose Women, the 40-year-old admits she understands why her ex stepped in.

‘Basically my ex Kieran told him, he said I was self-medicating and whatever, and he acted like what a dad does, but there’s more drama which I’m not going to go into.

‘But everything’s back to normal now [with the kids], exactly the way it was before, half and half. And it has been like that for ages.’

Discussing why she turned to drugs, she continued: ‘I purely did it to self-medicate. It wasn’t really drinking, just self-medicating on drugs really… It’s disgusting but that was my way of dealing with it.

‘That’s when I was like, “No, I know I need help, this is not me.” At least I can hold my hands up and I’m so glad I did because if I didn’t speak out, I’d probably still be in that rut now.

‘Then with my exes behind my back, stuff happened with the kids where everyone thought they were taken off me, and that was the last thing.’

She explained she took herself to The Priory soon after, seeking treatment for PTSD.

Katie’s appearance comes after a tough few months, as she was also handed a three-month driving ban at the beginning of January, after she pleaded guilty to getting behind the wheel while disqualified.

The Celebrity Big Brother star was also arrested on suspicion of drink-driving after attending on-off boyfriend Kris Boyson’s birthday party.

Katie allegedly crashed her pink Range Rover in Woolwich last October, and was later taken to Plumstead police station, before being released under investigation.

She narrowly avoided bankruptcy at the end of last year, after reaching an agreement with her creditors.

Harvey Price officially has an Instagram account, and his mum Katie couldn’t be any prouder.

The 16-year-old has featured on many of the former glamour model’s posts, however, up until now has never had an account of his own.

But it looks like Harv will soon be gracing us with all of his on-goings, as he’s just gone and introduced his fans to his new gram.

Advertising the page on his mum’s social media, the youngster beamed into the camera as he went and told everyone to follow him.

Chatting into the camera, Harvey said: ‘Hello everyone, my new Instagram is Mr Harvey Price.’

He then set off singing his own rendition of Drake’s In My Feelings and started doing a little dance to the tune.

Katie wrote in the caption: ‘My beautiful baby boy wants to learn to post on his own page his drawings playing the keyboard and everything else @mrharveyprice.’

Harvey then welcomed his fans onto his own feed, and said: ‘Welcome to my Instagram. Woohoo.’

Since then he has shared a number of snaps, and has even shown off one of his drawings of ‘the humpty dumpty frog.’

The upcoming influencer has already gained an incredible 15,000 followers in the short time of making an account on the social media platform – and it looks like that number will only rise.

Earlier this month it was announced that Katie had been backed by MPs over her online abuse petition, after her son was attacked by trolls for his disabilities.

The 40-year-old previously appeared in parliament to give evidence when more than 200,000 people signed her petition, demanding that trolling should be made a criminal offence.

And, according to BBC, MPs are now calling for the government to change hate crime laws in order to give disabled people more protection.

‘Social media is rife with horrendous, degrading and dehumanising comments about people with disabilities,’ Helen Jones, chairwoman of the Petitions Committee explained.

‘The law on online abuse is not fit for purpose and it is truly shameful that disabled people have been forced off social media while their abusers face no consequences.’

The mother-of-five expressed how excited she was at the result by telling all of her followers about it on Twitter.
